WPC Wall Cladding Flat 156 x 21 mm (1.861 kg/m) is the plainest board in the range and the easiest to live with. The face is completely flat - no pressed grain, no grooves - so a finished wall reads as one clean plane. Light falls evenly across it instead of being broken into light and dark bands by a texture, and the result is a modern, minimal, unfussy look. That flat face brings three practical advantages. The 156 mm face means fewer boards and fewer joints, the 21 mm thickness keeps each board stiff and the joints flat, and the hollow chambers add thermal and sound insulation. Outdoor performance is unchanged: it takes in no water, so it will not rot, split, host insects or grow mould; UV-stabilised so the colour will not bleach; no paint and no wax, ever. For a clean, unfussy wall that is easy to keep clean and can carry lettering and light fittings, the flat board is the one made for it.

Description
WPC cladding goes straight over existing tiles or painted render: no strip-out, no strengthening of the wall. Fit the battens, hang the boards, and an old wall is transformed in two or three days. The material itself takes in no water, so it will not rot, split, host insects or grow mould; it never needs paint or wax; and a UV-stabilised formula keeps the colour from bleaching year after year. The board is a thin-wall hollow section weighing around half what a solid board would, so one person can lift it into position and fix it, battens do not need closing up, the wall needs no strengthening and working at height is safer. The hollow chambers add two bonuses - thermal insulation and sound insulation. It works on building facades, balcony and terrace walls, shopfronts and sign backing boards, boxing in columns and services, and as a decorative finish on garden boundary walls; it also suits semi-outdoor spaces such as sunrooms and verandas. Board widths run mainly from 140 to 156 mm, and the wider the face the fewer the joints, so the wall reads as one continuous surface.
